Welcome to SanatanSewa. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Services

1.1 Refunds and Cancellations:

  • Any refunds and cancellations for orders are solely at the discretion of the management of SanatanSewa.com.
  • We urge our Jajmans (Customers/Users) to exercise due care when ordering reports and services. Refund requests for incorrect data provided will not be entertained. Please double-check and confirm the accuracy of the data you provide.
  • Once allocated to an Astrologer/Pandits/Jyotish/Vastu guru, no refund request for an order will be entertained.
  • The delivery timeframes displayed on the website are approximate. While we make every effort to adhere to these timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to the personalized and manual preparation of reports by our astrologers.

2. Products

2.1 Refunds and Cancellations:

  • Any refunds and cancellations for product orders are solely at the discretion of the management of SanatanSewa.com.
  • Jajmans (Customers/Users) are requested to review the packaging video sent by SanatanSewa to your registered mobile number within 24 hours (for Nepal) or 20 days (for outside Nepal) of receiving your payment. This one-take video will capture the packaging of your ordered product.
  • Upon receiving your product, please send us an unedited, one-take video of the unpacking process. Edited videos will not be eligible for cancellation or product return.
  • Refund requests for damaged products or any other reason will not be entertained. Please double-check and confirm the product you are ordering before making a purchase.

3. General

3.1 Accuracy of Information:

  • Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when using our services. Incorrect data may result in the denial of refund requests.

3.2 Delivery Timeframes:

  • We strive to adhere to the delivery timelines indicated on our website. However, due to the personalized nature of our services, delays may occasionally be inevitable.

3.3 Video Evidence:

  • For product orders, Jajmans (Customers/Users) are required to review the packaging video sent by SanatanSewa and to provide a one-take, unedited video of the unpacking process to be eligible for any consideration of cancellations or returns.

3.4 Management Discretion:

  • All decisions regarding refunds, cancellations, and returns are at the sole discretion of the management of SanatanSewa.com.
